In the first half of 2024, the ten most expensive real estate transactions in Cyprus amounted to a total of €144.9 million. According to Ask Wire, the largest deal during this period was the sale of an office building in Germasogeia (Limassol) for €28 million.

Limassol led the way in high-end real estate sales, with seven properties in the top ten, totaling €116.5 million. Nicosia had two properties in the top ten, and Larnaca had one. Paphos and the free areas of Famagusta (Ayia Napa, Paralimni, Protaras) did not make the ranking.

Top 10 most expensive deals from January to June 2024:

Office building — €28 million (Limassol / Germasogeia)

Apartment — €18.4 million (Limassol / Amathunda)

Commercial property — €17.65 million (Limassol)

Offices — €16.4 million (Limassol / Mesa Geitonia)

Restaurant — €15 million (Limassol / Pentakomo)

Multifunctional building — €12.9 million (Limassol / Agias Zonis)

Building (offices + commercial spaces) — €9.7 million (Nicosia / Agii Omologites)

Outlet store — €9.6 million (Nicosia / Kokkinotrimithia)

Land plot — €9 million (Larnaca / Livadia)

Mixed-use building — €8.1 million (Limassol / Tsiflikoudia)

Analysts at Ask Wire studied the 50 most expensive transactions in each region of Cyprus. Limassol leads with a total sales volume of €135.3 million, followed by Paphos (€48.4 million) and Nicosia (€41 million). Larnaca and the free areas of Famagusta round out the list with €28.6 million and €14.2 million, respectively.
